A look back at Denis Mukwege's visit
Denis Mukwege, Nobel Peace Prize winner, former student of the Faculty of Health of the University of Angers, who trained as a gynaecologist at the University Hospital of Angers, was in Angers on 9 and 10 May for the Europe Day celebrations. During these two days, he took part in two conferences at the university, a film debate at the local cinema 400 Coups and the opening of an exhibition of previously unpublished photographs.

- At the Faculty of Law, Economics and Business Studies, under the chairmanship of Bérangère Taxil, on the legal and psychological aspects
- At the Faculty of Health, chaired by Philippe Descamps, on the medical and economic aspects

Photography exhibition
The SAKIFE exhibition can be seen until 9 June at the Qu4tre (4 allée F. Mitterrand) and at the CHU in Angers (Sainte-Marie chapel and Le Fenouil kiosk).
Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (except on Fridays until 4pm). Closed at weekends and on Ascension Day.
