The vitality of the partnership with Ningbo symbolised by the arrival of new students

Within the framework of the partnership with the Franco-Chinese Institute of Ningbo, 36 Chinese students are joining the ESTHUA Tourism and Culture for this academic year.

Chinese students in Angers
Chinese students enjoyed discovering the delights of the city of Angers before starting their training. The educational partnership between the University of Angers (UA) and the Chinese University of Ningbo, which began in 2007, is enjoying a great momentum. In September 2018, a new level was reached with the establishment of a Franco-Chinese Institute (IFC) specialising in training and research in the field of tourism and culture. In this context, 36 Chinese students will continue their studies in this academic year 2020-2021 in Bachelor 3 or Master 2 at ESTHUA Tourism and Culture.

From Saumur to Les Sables d'Olonnes

The integration of this group of students, who arrived at the end of August, into their new environment began with a guided tour of the city of Angers. Then the solemn meetings held at the Congress Centre gave them a better understanding of how theAUworks. Ready for their new adventure, the Chinese students then returned to their respective campuses:

Students are also joining the Angers School of Tourism, Hotel, Catering and Events in the "Catering" and "Hotel and Tourist Accommodation" options. Some students come to study in Master 2 Emerging Worlds, option "Chinese World" and in Master 2 Management of Tourism Enterprises, option "Management of Enterprises and Organisations" also taught in Angers.

The UA wishes the students of Ningbo a great academic year!
