Get started at UAInfocampus and the International Helpdesk

You'll soon be joining UA and the International Helpdesk is working in overdrive to prepare for your arrival!

Several services are in place for you when you arrive:

International Helpdesk

La Passerelle entrance on the Belle-Beille campus
Make an appointment with the International Helpdesk
as soon as you arrive and get tailored advice and guidance about your enrolment, university health and sports services, university libraries, health insurance, financial housing aid and much more. To make an appointment, please go to the University's Bienvenue website.

The team will be ready to welcome you on the Belle-Beille campus at La Passerelle (the big turquoise building in front of the tramway) on the upper level.

If you have signed up for the Buddy System and have a Buddy, remember that he or she can be a great resource to help you get settled in and discover the campuses and the city.

Infocampus Helpdesk

If you have questions about transport, student life in general, or leisure activities, drop in at the Infocampus helpdesk where student ambassadors can provide information about the practical services available to help you get the most out of your student experience (bus/train passes, free bike loans, culture discounts, the city's A'tout cards, etc.).

Topics covered: meals, transport, health and social security, digital tools, career guidance, employment, work experience, sport, culture, leisure, student associations, international student activities, etc.

The student ambassadors are ready to help you throughout September. Meet them:

  • In front of the university library on the Saint Serge campus (partners will be present on Thursdays between 12 and 2 pm.)

  • At La Passerelle on the Belle Beille campus (partners will be present on Tuesdays between 12 and 2 pm.)

Save the date: International welcome fair

Thursday, September 14

On Thursday September 14, Infocampus and the International Helpdesk host the international welcome fair, La Nocturne Internationale. During this fair, international students will be able to meet the infocampus partners, discover the university services (health, sport, culture, etc.), take part in games and a lottery to win tickets for the discovery trips or other goodies. It is a great opportunity to meet other international students, local students and buddy mentors.
