Sanitary instructions

The 4M rule applies on all UA campuses:

For all students and staff that are coming to the university to study or work, these simple sanitary instructions are still applied:

  • Mains (hands): Wash your hands with soap regularly and disinfect your hands with the hydroalcoholic gel dispensers at the entrances and exists of each building.
  • Matériel (material): Use your own material (pens, computer, etc.) as far as possible and disinfect all shared materials before and after use.
  • Mètre (distance): Keep a distance of 1 metre or 1 seat at all times.
  • Masque (face mask): Wear a face mask at all times both inside and outside on university grounds. All students must bring their own face masks.

If classes resume

  • The number of students allowed on the campuses is very limited.
  • The classrooms and buildings will be cleaned and disinfected regularly (toilets, stair railings, strategic contact points).
  • The buildings will be ventilated as often as possible.
  • Students have been recruted and have received training to supervise the compliance with the social distancing rule on campus. They will be mobilized for exams.
