Registration at the University of Angers

On arrival please go to the "Pôle Mobilité Entrante" (Incoming Exchange Student Office) of the University of Angers, which is available:

From Monday to Friday

from 9am to 12pm. and from 1pm to 5pm

On the Belle Beille cCampus, 2 rue Lakanal, building "La Passerelle"

 

 

 

The Incoming Exchange Student Office will inform you and assist you with the following administrative procedures to make sure you’re off to a good start and that the academic year goes smoothly:

- Registering your arrival and updating your personal information

- Collecting your OFII file - if applicable to you

- Handing out documents to help you settle down in Angers

- Informing you about your learning agreement (Erasmus students only)

- Paying booking fees (€50) for your room in a university hall of residence – if applicable. Payment for home insurance (€27) can be made directly at the SMEBA agency, 46 Bd du Roi René, Angers)

 

Registration in your faculty

You also need to register with the Student Administration Office (“Service Scolarité”) and/or International Office of your host department.

You’ll have to provide the following documents:

  • 2 ID  photos
  • A copy of your passport and visa, or a copy of your ID card.
  • European students: a copy of your European Health Insurance Card
  • Non-European students: compulsory payment for student social security (€217)

The Student Administration Office will give you your student card (Pass Sup’ card) that will allow you to:

  • Access the Internet
  • Open a bank account (required documents: ID, enrolment certificate, proof of address)
  • Eat at a university restaurant (RU)
  • Register for sports with the SUAPS
  • Borrow books at the university library (BU)
  • Rent a bike for free with “Vélocité”
