ACCOMODATION FOR EXCHANGE STUDENTS
As an exchange student you can benefit from a room in a University hall of residence. All rooms requested are subject to availability. Allocation is generally on a first-come, first-served basis.
When filling in the application form, available online from October 1, 2012 to November 1, 2012 on the International page on the University website, you have the possibility of reserving a room in one of the university halls of residence. At the same time you will have to pay the reservation fee (€30) and the room insurance (€22) online. If, however, you cannot pay online, you can send your request by e-mail before November 1, 2012.
The reservation of the room will be subject to confirmation of your application by your university and also to availability of rooms. If your request for accommodation is accepted, we will send to you a housing contract before your arrival in Angers. The reservation becomes effective once we receive this contract duly signed.
Once all rooms have been allocated, we will put your name on a waiting list.
Please note: When you accept your room, you agree to pay the rent for the whole period indicated on the contract :
For the 1st semester 2012/2013: From September 3, 2012 to January 15, 2013
For the academic year 2012/2013: From September 3, 2012 to May 31, 2013
For the second semester 2012/2013: From January 17, 2013 to May 31, 2013
