As one of the oldest in France, the Faculty of Medicine of Angers started its educational activities in 1433.
Today, there are about 2000 students and more than 50% of them go abroad during their studies thanks to the international policy of the university. From 2011, a new fully credited program will also be taught in English and supervised by professors and researchers from many different European universities.
